Sales Surge Secrets Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between You, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," and Sales Surge Secrets, a division of Leah Kay Enterprises LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider."

• The Participant shall refrain from copying, replicating, or using any intellectual property, including but not limited to content, branding, or services that the Provider uses in its offerings.
• In cases of doubt about what may be considered a "similar product," the Participant should seek clarification from [email protected] prior to taking any actions.

Copyright and Proprietary Information:

• All materials provided during the course—including videos, logins, documents, and other resources—are copyrighted and exclusively owned by the Provider.
• The Participant agrees not to download, distribute, share, or reproduce any of these materials. Legal action will be taken to the fullest extent permissible by law for any violations.

Community Conduct:

• The Participant pledges to maintain a positive attitude and be a constructive presence among other course members, whether in private forums, group discussions, or any other communication channels.
• Any Participant causing disruptions, promoting external offerings without authorization, displaying negativity, or causing undue stress among peers will be expelled from the course without any compensation.

Limitations and Disclaimers:

• The Provider, its entities, and teams disclaim responsibility for any losses, damages, or failures the Participant may experience.
• The Participant's success or failure is dependent upon personal factors such as diligence, effort, and the effective application of the course’s teachings.

Course Content:

• The Provider continuously updates its content and offerings to ensure they remain current and effective. Therefore, materials and descriptions may change without prior notice.

Privacy and Data Protection:

• Leah Kay Enterprises LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of its participants. No personal data, including email addresses, contact information, or other personal identifiers, will be shared with third parties outside the organization.

No Guaranteed Outcomes:
